Request a visa to attend the congress

Would you like to know if you need a visa to enter France? Find out more about how to obtain a visa?
Consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Obtain an invitation letter for your visa application

To obtain your letter of invitation to apply for a visa, simply:

  1. Register for the congress
  2. Send the following details to contact.citiestobe@destination-angers.com:
    – Your first and last name
    – Your passport number
    – The full name of your organization
    – The address of your organization

A letter will then be sent to you within 48 hours (working days). It is strictly nominative and attests to your intention to participate in the event.

The organisers of Cities to Be are in no way responsible for obtaining a visa. The French embassy or consulate remains the only body responsible for deciding whether to obtain a visa.
